Who drives the car?
A local driver we work with. We send you their name and phone number on WhatsApp before your trip.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle shows its number of seats. If you carry dive gear, surfboards or large bags, tell us when you book so we send a suitable vehicle.
Can the driver meet me at the airport?
Yes. Choose the airport as your starting point and give us your arrival time. The driver plans the pickup around it.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. What we can change depends on how close your trip is, so we answer each case directly.
Do you drive at night?
Yes. Mountain roads, such as the roads to Toraja and Lore Lindu, are slower after dark. If your departure time makes a trip harder, we tell you.
