Questions about getting around Sulawesi

How is the price worked out?
From the distance between your two points, the vehicle class you choose, and a fixed minimum for short hops. The figure you see is the figure you pay.
How do I pay?
After you book we send a secure invoice link, and payment happens there. Your card details are never entered on this site.
Who is driving?
A local driver from the network we work with. You get their name and number before the day, on WhatsApp.
How much luggage fits?
Each class shows how many people it seats, and luggage follows from that. If you are carrying dive gear, boards or oversized bags, say so when you book so we send the right vehicle.
Can you meet me at the airport?
Yes. Choose the airport as your pickup point and tell us your arrival time, and the driver plans around it.
Can I change or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can. What is possible depends on how close to departure you are, so we would rather answer honestly than publish a rule that does not fit every route.
Do you drive at night?
Yes, though the mountain roads into Toraja and around Lore Lindu are slower and less enjoyable after dark. If a departure time makes a route harder than it needs to be, we will say so.
Can I book a boat here?
Not yet. Sea transfers are being connected to the same pricing engine as the roads. Until that is done, message us and we will quote by hand.
What happens when I search flights?
Flight search hands off to our partner, who sells the ticket and takes the payment. We add nothing to the fare.
