Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Stays are fully flexible and charged on a per-night basis, with long-stay discounts available for stays of 3 nights or more.
What is included in the full-board stay?
Your rate includes accommodation, 3 daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and free-flow coffee, tea, and mineral water at the restaurant station.
Are airport and boat transfers included?
Round-trip transfers combining land cars and sea boats from Sam Ratulangi Airport to the resort can be pre-booked and added to your package.
Is dive and snorkeling gear included in the room price?
No, full-set scuba gear rental (€20–€25/day) and snorkeling sets (€6/day) are rented separately at the resort dive center.
Is there a marine park fee?
Yes, guests staying at or visiting Bunaken must pay the Bunaken Marine Park Fee of €7 in cash upon resort check-in.
Are there discounts for group bookings?
Yes, special group policies apply: for groups of 10+ paid guests, 1 person stays and dives for free (9+1 FOC).
